It's called Curling because of what the rocks do. Often the goal is to make the rock *curl* around another rock to get in behind it. Original huh? Almost as good a "Football" (the European definition…what I want to know is why is the American football called football)EDIT: Well the rocks don't exactly go in freakin circles! It's often very subtle, but you will regularly see the rock go past a guard then go in behind it so the other team can't hit it.Funny 'bout the football though 2 years ago Thanks!

You can heat mold your boots at home as well. Just place your oven on 175, place the boots in for about 5 min. or until they are pretty warm to the touch, then carefully put them on and tie them. Let them cool completely on your feet. Double check to make sure the your boots are heat moldable though. Also, if you have hard guards, put your skates on at home, and walk around in them, just make sure you put your walking gaurds on. Bend at the ankles, stretch, do whatever you feel will help break them in.My daughters are both very competitive figure skaters, they also don't tie the top notch on their skates until they are broke in. I don't know why this works, but they say it does. You can also go to your pro shop and get your boots punched out. Figure out where they hurt the most, and tell your pro shop, and they will punch them out where you say hurts the most.Unfortunately, it takes about two weeks to break in a new pair of skates, and that is if you skate pretty much everyday. My daughters hate getting new skates. I hope this helps. 5 years ago thanks it did help!

Virgo men are those born in between 23rd August to 23rd September. If you have spotted that handsome and charming yet shy individual inside the crowd, who looks lost and detached; then he may be the Virgo man. In most of the cases, Virgo men are very excellent looking and attract a lot of attention due to their calm and composed manner. You too have noticed these things and have been attracted to a Virgo man. Nevertheless, now you want to turn the tables and want to know how to attract a Virgo man and keep him attracted. Scroll down to find the tips and techniques for the very same.

7 Ways to Attract A Virgo Man

Well, just before knowing the actual methods on pleasing and attracting a Virgo male, let me tell you that if you are looking for a relationship that is only based on physical attraction, then you may possibly as well drop the notion of being with this man. Although he might appear really charming and irresistible to you, he is looking for a meaningful and long lasting relationship. And note that Virgos need to connect intellectually or with the mind initial, just before really thinking of getting committed. Secondly, it will be helpful to have some concept on the traits of a Virgo man beforehand. Virgo men make reliable and caring friends/partners, but are extremely critical. They are really direct in expressing their opinions and will rarely ever say anything just to flatter you. They have high standards and usually take a very lengthy time in deciding whether they really should get committed to you or not! But then do not lose heart, with patience and perseverance, and of course the right techniques, you can surely melt a Virgo man’s heart. Let us now see the best way to attract a Virgo man.

One of the very first and most important things to remember is that Virgo men are extremely rational and practical. This does not mean that they are unemotional, they definitely have emotions which are hidden extremely deep inside. Nevertheless, Virgo men detest extremely emotional and clingy women. Therefore, if you wish to attract him, be confident and keep your emotional stuff for the later phase.Secondly, all Virgos are perfectionists and also expect the exact same from the other. You have to be near perfect to attract this man. These men hate sloppy, lazy, and fake women. You have to put on your thinking cap when you’re about this man.If you wish to know what to wear to attract a Virgo man, then note that Virgo men are the most conservative males of the zodiac. Therefore, in order to attract this man, get rid of your flashy clothes, and invest in a conservative wardrobe. In the very same time, make sure that you are well-groomed, Often! Now, if you are thinking of using the age old means of attracting men by flirting and arousing jealousy, then you are thoroughly mistaken. As mentioned above, Virgo men are conservative and will fall for women with class. Overt flirting, embarrassing behavior and language, and coarseness will simply put him off, never to return! In nearly all circumstances, Virgo men are well read, intelligent and witty. To initiate conversation with this man, make certain you are aware of the relevant things, and be prepared to listen and to accept his opinions. Despite the fact that Virgos themselves are the biggest critics, they hate being opposed and criticized. The Virgo man, despite the fact that cool on the exterior, is very insecure. You will have to prove that you are trustworthy ahead of he even accepts you as a friend. Make sure you are gentle, confident, trustworthy; and assure him that you will be there for him. Well, it’s definitely too much, but then Virgos are picky!Lastly, when dating a Virgo man, make certain that you are genuine when complimenting him, and let him be the ‘man’ inside the relationship, usually!

I hope these tips on how you can attract a Virgo man were helpful to you. As Virgo is an Earth sign, these men and women get along well with individuals who are grounded and are as clear headed as they are! Impressing a Virgo man, even though very difficult, is definitely worth it. Remember that a Virgo man in love with you, is simply bliss. He is gentle, loving, caring, supportive, intelligent, reliable, considerate, fussy and sarcastic; but definitely endearing! Ciao!
